



Return, Refund, & Shipping Policy
Clothing
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Final sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Books
Returns are accepted only if a book arrives damaged or defective.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
How to Request a Return
Email us at connect@freckleberrykids.com with your order number and description of item.
We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong product.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once shipped, the order can no longer be canceled and must go through the return process.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at freckleberrykids@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
